KPAC Presents ‘Disney Winnie the Pooh KIDS’

Posted

PARIS — The youngest of the Krider Performing Arts Center (KPAC) Young Artists, ages 5-9, take the KPAC stage to present “Disney Winnie the Pooh KIDS” Friday, July 8 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, July 9 at 3 p.m.

The show is based on the beloved characters of A.A. Milne and the 2011 Disney animated feature film. Featuring favorite songs from the film, as well as new hits by the Academy Award-winning Robert and Kristen Lopez, this honey-filled delight is as sweet as it is fun.

Welcome to the Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie the Pooh is once again in the search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit and Owl, but soon discovers Christopher Robin has been captured by the mysterious Backson! As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship and, of course, sharing snacks.

Tickets are on sale now at KriderPAC.com or at the Paris Civic Center. Tickets will also be available at the door. Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for Senior Adults (65+), and $7 for Youth (Ages 3-17).

The Krider Performing Arts Center is at 650 Volunteer Drive in Paris, Tenn.
