Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON — Linda Lou Fields, 73, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were Thursday, August 13, 2020 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Jeffery Moody officiating. Interment followed in Union Academy Cemetery.
Mrs. Fields was born April 9, 1947 in Clarkston, Michigan to the late James Wesley Pruitt and Alice Lourine (Gean) Pruitt.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, of 51 years, “Buddy” Ray Newbill Fields, who died June 13, 2020.
She is survived by one daughter, Shannon Hawkins (husband Tim) of Lacoochee, Florida, one son, James Howard Thompson Jr. of Huntingdon, two sisters, Lula Crossno (husband Manuel) of Huntingdon, Sharon Roberts of Florida, and one brother, Wayne Pruitt of Florida. She also leaves three grandchildren, three step-grandsons and 10 great-grandchildren.
