The Legends Band will perform from 7-9 p.m. At 9:15, Taps will be played, then Pack 78 will retire the colors.

Fireworks begin at dusk, barring inclement weather.

All vehicles must be out of the park by 4:30 p.m.

Park transportation will run from 5:30-7 p.m. with pick-up points on Como Road. Handicapped parking is at the top of Liberty Lane behind the softball field. Handicapped plates or windshield tags are required for parking in designated areas.

Paris Landing Fireworks on July 4

PARIS LANDING — The Paris Landing State Park’s annual fireworks show, hosted by the Paris-Henry County Jaycees, will start after dusk at the Swim Beach. During the day, there will be two food vendors, a beer tent, a DJ, and animal and nature programs throughout the park. No outside alcoholic beverages or fireworks (including sparklers and snap pops) are allowed on the Park.

This follows a great weekend of the Tennessee River Jam held at the park.
