HUNTINGDON (March 20) — Under guidance from the Tennessee Department of Health and other agencies, our preparations have been to immediately shut down county-owned facilities, with some exceptions, to the public upon the first positive novel coronavirus case in Carroll County. With yesterday’s positive case, we are enacting the plan to close facilities to the public.
However, it is our responsibility and honor to continue serving you during these unprecedented times. So, while facilities are closed to the public, all essential and emergency services will remain available to the public. Our goal is to serve you efficiently, while also taking a number of precautions to protect the health and well-being of those we are blessed to be able to serve.
Below you will find a list of numbers to call for information on County departments and services. All inquiries are to be directed to these numbers. A number of services can be handled by phone, and others have an online payment option, as listed, available for those that are able and desire to utilize that service.
