Mallard’s Restaurant catered the meal, and many area businesses provided financial support and gifts for the celebration.

  • Teresa Suzanne Dillingham Indicted For Misappropriating Over $17,000

    CARROLL COUNTY (May 8, 2025) - An investigation by the Tennessee Comptroller’s Office has resulted in the indictment of Teresa Dillingham, a former probation officer with Supervisory Services, Inc. (SSI), after investigators determined she misappropriated at least $17,526.62 in court costs and fees collected from probationers.
