Mc Kenzie, TNTraffic Charges — Sgt. Kyle Beauchamp made a traffic stop shortly after noon on Thursday, April 21, after observing a tail light out on a vehicle initiating the stop on Hwy 79. The driver was identified as Carrie Amber Shoebroek, 36, of Pineville, Louisiana. A license check revealed it was currently suspended in Louisiana and, she was unable to provide proof of insurance.
