DUI — Officer Trenton Ruddy was on patrol shortly before 1 a.m. June 25 on South Main Street when he observed a black truck stuck on the train tracks. Upon investigating the incident, Monica Davenport claimed she was driving and was blinded by vehicle lights causing the accident. Ruddy also noticed Roger Hollowell, 40, of Huntingdon, was in the vehicle and appeared to be intoxicated, smelled of alcohol, and had bloodshot eyes.
