Wrestling fans won’t have to travel far for not one, but two, big events this month as Memphis Wrestling comes to Carroll and Weakley counties.
Clarksburg High School hosts Memphis Wrestling Live to raise funds for the volleyball team Friday, August 16 at 7 p.m.

General Admission tickets are $10 at the door. Pre-event tickets are 20 percent off at $8. Ringside tickets are $15.
Then, Memphis Wrestling presents the Tater Town Throwdown Saturday, August 24 in the Gleason School gymnasium.
Principal Lee “Wild Thang” Lawrence will defend his 2023 Gleason Bulldog Championship Title.
A meet-and-greet is at 6 p.m.; belltime is 7 p.m. General admission is $10; Ringside seats are $15.
