Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON — Mrs. Mildred Townsend, 84, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at her home.
Funeral services were Saturday, April 27, 2019. Interment was in the Christian Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Townsend was born March 15, 1935 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late William Oscar Carnal and Neva (Mann) Carnal. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Lendon Bush, one brother, Ray Carnal and one sister, Thelma Gaskins
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Wayne P. Townsend, one daughter, Junie Bush, three sons, Mark Bush (Jackie), Russell Bush (Nina), Sammy Bush (Felicia), all of Huntingdon, two sisters, Kathleen Baldwin of Alamo and Butonne Williams of Jackson. She also leaves seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
