Mc Kenzie, TNMcKENZIE — Funeral services for Ora Dean Sneed were Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Interment was at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Mrs. Sneed, 74, died Friday, January 3, 2020 in Cartersville, Georgia. She was born May 9, 1945 in McKenzie, Tenn. to Bozie Jones and Eddie Mae Horton.
She is survived by her daughters, Alicia Sneed and Phoebe Sneed Presson, grandchildren Tia (Don Styve) Tache, Hope (Tony) Lane, Alicia (Brad) Rutherford, Dakota Jenkins and Marisa Presson, Great-grandchildren Orianna, Gianna, Grayson Lane, Liam, Donte, Bradley Jr. Rutherford, Jacob Ellis, Jr, Pierre Tache, siblings Annie Sue Buchanan, Ruth Jeannette Hartsfield, Burnett Horton, Jr., John Paul Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, life partner, best friend and husband, James Henry Sneed and siblings, Lottie Brown and Robert Joe Jones.
