2 to 3 pounds country style ribs
Wesson oil
Salt and pepper
2 cans (8 oz.) Hunts Tomato sauce with onions
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
In a 2-quart baking dish, arrange ribs. Brush lightly with Wesson oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes turning once. Pour off fat. Combine vinegar, sugar and mustard; spread over meat. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until done. Baste occasionally with sauce. Makes 6 generous servings.
