OREGON (Previously McKenzie) — Pam Church, age 59, died peacefully and went to be with the Lord, in her home in Jacksonville, Oregon on October 20, 2019.
Pam was born May 8, 1960 at Cook County General hospital in Chicago, Illinois. When she was a little girl the family moved to west Tennessee. She graduated from McKenzie High School in 1978 and later attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee where she often joked she obtained her MRS! Of course this meant she married her husband of 37 years, Jack Church, before finishing college.
Pam and Jack lived all over the country while raising two lovely children, Eric and Hannah. She often said “we don’t go on vacations, we simply move!”
Pam loved to hike, golf, go boating and travel. However, the one thing most people will always remember about Pam was her sweet spirit leading her to help others. She did this through her local church as well as numerous outside organizations. Pam loved the Lord and wanted everyone to know she would be waiting to see you again in heaven!
Pam is survived by her husband, Jack, son, Eric and daughter, Hannah. In addition to Pam’s husband and children she is survived and loved forever by her brother,Mike, sister, Brenda, mother, Ann Prince, mother and fathers-in-law, Bill and Elizabeth Church and her daughter-in-law, Allyson, wife of son, Eric. She is preceded in death by her father, Bro. Claude M. Prince. +
