Supper in A Skillet
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed vegetable soup
3/4 cup water
1 (16 oz.) pkg Bisquick mix (approx. 1 1/4 cups)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup minced parsley
1/3 cup water
Brown beef with onion in large skillet. Stir in tomato soup and vegetable soup and 1/4 cup water. Simmer while preparing dumplings.
To prepare dumplings, mix remaining ingredients together. Add enough water to make a soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto meat mixture. Cook covered 10 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 minutes longer.
 
Beef Teriyaki
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak 3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 can beef broth
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cup broccoli flowerets
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt
Slice beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, sugar and garlic. Stir-fry beef in nonstick skillet until browned and juices evaporate. Add broccoli and cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice. Serves 4
 
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
1 pound beef cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package dried onion soup
Mix all in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over egg noodles and garnish with sour cream.
 
Crock Pot Lasagna
2 1/2 pounds ground beef
6 lasagna noodles
1 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu etc.)
8 ounce mozzarella cheese
8 ounce cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef and drain. Cook lasagna noodles. Mix sauce and beef in large bowl. Layer noodles, sauce and beef mixture, and cheese (mixed). Keep layering and end with cheese on top. Cook on low for 3 hours.
