Ribbon-Cutting Held at Rolling Hills Miniature Golf

GLEASON (April 12) — In anticipation of Monday’s Grand Opening, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at Rolling Hills Miniature Golf on Highway 22 Friday, hosted by the Weakley County Chamber of Commerce.
The business is owned by Bobbie and Audie Ruble. The couple became instant millionaires thanks to a $7 investment by Audie into a fantasy football contest.
After some traveling, including a trip to Disney World with their family, they decided to invest their winnings in their community. Bobbie said at the ribbon-cutting, “Gleason is my home, my roots. I’m blessed, grateful and humble to have this opportunity. I pray that it’s not just a golf course, but a place to bring your children and grandchildren and know that you’re in a safe place.”

The course features 18 unique holes adorned with a waterfall, a fountain, flowers and other beautiful decorations.
The Rubles say the course is just the first phase of what they hope grows into several fun activities. Potential expansions include a water park, laser tag and go-carts.
Hours of operation at Rolling Hills are 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 1-10 p.m. Sunday.
Admission for 18 and 36 holes, respectively, is $6.75 and $12 for ages 13 and up; $5.75 and $10 for ages five to 12; and $6.25 and $11 for ages 60 and older. Tax is included in all prices.
