PARIS — Mr. Roderick Leotis “Roddy” Adkisson, 51 of Paris died Saturday, May 29, 2021, at his home.

Services were Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Tennessee Valley Community Church (TVCC). Interment was in E.L. Walker Cemetery on E.L. Walker Road.
He was born on December 9, 1969, in Paris to the late Richard Lee and Rosetta Meadows Adkisson. Roddy was a member of Progressive Baptist Church. He was a Special Education Teacher and a coach with the Henry Elementary School, Inman Middle School, E.W. Grove and Henry County High School.
Roddy was married to Jammie Walker Adkisson on May 26, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Jammie Adkisson of Paris; daughters, Courtney (Peyton) Brown and Whitney Adkisson both of Murray, Mia Adkisson of Charlottesville, Virginia and Amberly “Shea” Bransford of Murray; sons, Jared (Tricia) Adkisson of Murray and Andy (Amanda) Pillow of Paris; grandchildren, Jayce Adkisson, Loveah Adkisson, Jasiah Adkisson, Everlie Adkisson, Westyn Cochran, Wrylie Cochran and Easton Pillow; two sisters, Mary Adkisson of Paris and Melissa Dean of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; a brother, Jeffery Adkisson of Paris and a host of other relatives.
