NASHVILLE (May 18) — State Senator John Stevens announced Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County will receive $250,000 in a Rural Hospital Readiness Grant. The grant was made possible under a COVID-19 response appropriation added to the state’s budget by the General Assembly in March.
Stevens is chairman of the Senate Finance, Ways and Means Committee’s Appropriations Subcommittee.
