DUI­ — Travis Bruce Nunn, 25, of McKenzie was cited for driving on suspended, first offense and arrested for DUI number one.
 
On December 5, Deputy Scott conducted a traffic stop for expired registration. The driver, identified as Travis Nunn, had an alcoholic beverage odor coming from his person. Nunn performed poorly during the field sobriety test. A license check showed Nunn’s license was revoked, he was then cited and arrested.
 
Stolen Property — Kristen McCord, 31, of Hollow Rock was cited on stolen property offenses.
 
On December 5, a traffic stop was conducted on a 1992 Plymouth for display of stolen registration plate. The driver identified as Kristen McCord, was unaware of the stolen registration. She stated she had been driving the vehicle for several months and did not know who stole the plate. 
 
Theft — Deputy Mulligan was dispatched to an address in Atwood on December first, in reference to a vehicle break in. The owner, Patricia Madison advised officers that the incident occurred between 8:30-10:00 P.M. on November 30th. Someone rummaged through the console of the vehicle, taking only five or six dollars.
 
Trespassing and Vandalism — On December  5, Warren Price reported from Terry Road that someone broke into his storage building. The frame of the side door as well as several different locks were broken. Nothing is reported missing at this time.
 
Burglary — Matthew Dwayne Baker, 29, of Paris was arrested for a Burglary in Atwood on December 2.
 
An officer responded to a call about a male walking around the Atwood area. Matthew Baker was located at the First Baptist Church when Deputy Mulligan instructed the officer to arrest the individual if contact was made. The officers from the break-in stated he opened the door of a garage in attempt to get into the residence. He was transported to jail.
 
Vandalism — On December 4, Richard Range reported vandalism to his fence in Hollow Rock. Upon officers’ arrival, they noticed a fenced knocked down, the owner advised the estimated cost of repairs is $1,000. Range is unsure of who it was, but that they were driving a black and red side-by-side.
