Theft — Money was recently reported as stolen from a Cedar Grove residence. 
 
Keith Brotemarkle told deputies on May 12 his wallet containing $3,200 came up missing from where he left it on a kitchen counter in his home on Highway 104. Brotemarkle said two men working for a moving company out of Nashville had been in his home moving his belongings to Cookeville. Brotemarkle said he reported the incident to a supervisor with the moving company.
 
Assault Warrant — A warrant for assault was issued against Christopher T. Urig, 32, of Henderson on May 22.
 
According to Deputy Ryan Hamilton’s report, he went to the Baptist Memorial Hospital emergency room on May 22 and spoke to a male assault victim. Hamilton observed the victim had a minor laceration on his left eyebrow and a swollen left eye covered in blood. The victim said he had been at a residence on Highway 424 in Cedar Grove when Urig and the victim’s wife got into a verbal argument. The victim said when he stepped between Urig and his wife, Urig punched him in the left eye with what he believed to be brass knuckles.
 
Assault — Amanda Nicole Farlow, 49, of 155 Walnut Circle, McKenzie, was charged with assault following a May 20 incident in Trezevant. 
 
According to the report by Deputy Michael Sevarns, he responded to a call from Adkisson Lane where he found the female victim restraining Farlow on the ground. Sevarns tried to separate the two women. In the process, Farlow kicked the victim multiple times, after which Sevarns placed Farlow in handcuffs. Sevarns noted Farlow was highly intoxicated, and she admitted to drinking prior to his arrival. The victim said Farlow rushed her twice while they were inside the residence, but Farlow’s boyfriend stepped in between them. The victim said, at one point, Farlow followed her outside and rushed her again, and she had to restrain Farlow on the ground.
 
License Violation — Daniel De Jesus Castelan, 34, of 3190 Highway 424, Cedar Grove, was cited for driving on a suspended license (first offense) during a May 20 traffic stop in Trezevant.
 
Deputy Michael Taylor reported he pulled over a vehicle driven by Castelan after observing the vehicle pass another vehicle on a double yellow line on Main Street. A computer check showed Castelan’s license was suspended out of Madison County.
