Narcotics Found by Citizen — On June 22, Carroll County Sheriff’s Department received a call from Captain Davis from the National Guard Training Center located in Milan, TN. Captain Davis stated that one of his soldiers brought him a bag with money, marijuana (2.4 grams) and drug paraphernalia. The soldier stated that he was spraying weeds around the fences and was headed to the volleyball court to spray weeds around that area and that was when he discovered the bag. The bag was opened and when he saw the contents he turned it in to Captain Davis.
