Stand for Rural Healthcare Tour to Visit McKenzie

McKENZIE (August 18)  — As part of the Stand For Rural Healthcare Statewide Tour, which is visiting communities around the state  most affected by Tennessee’s hospital closures and lack of healthcare access, the Tennessee Democratic Party will hold a Stand For Rural Healthcare Rally and Community Round Table on Tuesday, August 20 in McKenzie.
Democrats will hear from local leaders, healthcare professionals, first responders and local families affected by the closing of McKenzie Regional Hospital, and discuss real solutions to Tennessee’s rural healthcare crisis. Democratic, Republican and Independent members of the public are encouraged to attend and share their thoughts and concerns. Times and locations are listed below.
