TCAT-McKenzie Inducts Six Students in Honor Society

TCAT-McKenzie inducted six students into the National Technical Honor Society on August 14, 2019. The ceremony was conducted by Maureen Sledd, Administrative Office Technology instructor and National Technical Honor Society Advisor. To qualify, the student must be entering at least their second trimester, must maintain an “A” average and must not have missed more than 22 hours in their previous trimester. The student must also promote the ideals of honesty, service, leadership, and skill development among the future workforce. The student is nominated by his/her instructor for admittance into the NTHS. Inductees for the summer trimester are as follows: From McKenzie Welding Program- Houston Brunmeier from Martin, Elcana Williams from Paris, Tavis Bryson from Milan, and Jared Ackroyd from Paris. From the Weakley County Welding Program-Tanner Owensby from Martin. Administrative Office Technology Student, Hannah Torres, from Martin, was nominated as well but unable to attend the Induction Ceremony due to work conflicts. TCAT-McKenzie congratulates the students for their outstanding achievement.
