Utility Entities Experience Few Problems During Winter Storm

HUNTINGDON (February 22) — Carroll County Electric Department and West Tennessee Public Utilities experienced few problems during the 10 days of freezing temperatures. According to the National Weather Service at Memphis, its observed temperatures at Jackson were zero on February 16. Temperatures hit a high of 42 on February 20 and 56 on February 21.
