West Carroll Principal Tim Stratton Resigns

ATWOOD — West Carroll Jr/Sr High Principal Tim Stratton is among several school personnel who have tendered their resignation following the end of the school year. Also resigning is Keri Davis Jr/Sr High Science, Kathy Bowman, Elementary School English language arts teacher, and custodian Patrick Clark. These resignations will be acknowledged by the West Carroll School Board when they meet next Thursday, June 6.
A number of personnel transfers will be taking place with Erica Boone moving from the Elementary School to the Primary school, Jennifer Hames from the Primary School to the Elementary School, Debbie Reed from librarian to 6th grade English, Beth Bridges from 6th grade English to 3rd English, Kim Allen from 3rd grade English to 4th grade English, Jackson Poole from custodian to Primary School Secretary, Jordan McDade from HS History to 7th grade History, and Emily Bloodworth from 5th grade Social Studies to 6th grade Social Studies.
The board will be discussing and taking action on several items including approving Fiscal Year 2020 Consolidated Funding Application, discussing and/or approving Pre-K and Kindergarten Flexible Scheduling for the new school year, discussing/approving the second reading of TSBA’s board policy updates to section 6 and discuss scheduling a budget work session meeting to approve the budget for the upcoming school year as well as any amendments to the current year budget.
