GLEASON, Tenn. - Services for William "Bill" H. Beasley Jr., age 91, of Gleason, Tenn. are Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Gleason First United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in New Valley Cemetery in Gleason. Visitation is Saturday, 4-8 p.m. at Gleason First United Methodist Church. It will resume Sunday at 1 p.m. at Gleason First United Methodist and go until time of his funeral service.
He was born May 12, 1928 and died December 05, 2019.
Mr. Beasley is survived by five children: Janice (Reggie) Wiggins of McKenzie, Tenn., Dennis Beasley of McKenzie, Tenn., Mike (Jennifer) Beasley of McKenzie, John (Darla) Beasley of Gleason, and Tom Beasley (Peggy) of Paris, Tenn. He is also survived by one brother, Vincent Beasley of Bon Aqua, Tenn.
He and his wife owned and operated the McKenzie Dairy Queen for many years.
Mr. Beasley was preceded in death by his wife, Maudell Beasley, two sons, William "Big Bill" and Charlie Beasley, parents, William H. Sr. and Myrtle Beasley, sister, Margaret McCall, and brother, James Beasley.
