McKENZIE (January 6) — Winter Storm Blair continued its trek east Monday, wreaking havoc from the central plains to the east coast. After a stormy Sunday, residents of northwest Tennessee awoke to much colder temperatures and a dusting of flurries that lingered into the afternoon, but the heavy impacts stayed just to the north.
