TREZEVANT — Zach B. Butler, age 34, died Saturday, March 21, 2020 in Trezevant, Tennessee.
He was born August 5, 1985 in McKenzie, Tennessee to Cynthia L. Mayberry and the late Henry H. Butler, Jr.
In addition to his father, Zach was preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Leon Rogers and grandmother, Dorothy Mae Coffman Oliver.
Zach is survived by his mother, Cynthia Mayberry and stepfather, Leon, Jr. of Trezevant, Tennessee; grandparents, Velma and Edward Stanton of Rockford, Illinois, Barbara Rogers of McKenzie, Tennessee and Nettie Mae and Robert White of Trezevant, Tennessee, brother, Bobby Dale Birdwell, Jr. (Shelly) of Springville, Tennessee, sister, Tabitha Dawn Crittendon (Justin) of Mayfield, Kentucky, nieces and nephew, Sydney Michelle Birdwell, Allie Shae Crittendon, Nevaeh Grace Crittendon and Matthew Crittendon.
