Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (March 25) — On Thursday, the Carroll County Budget Committee concluded its second round of annual budget presentations from department directors. Presenting were Sheriff Andy Dickson, Road Supervisors Ronnie Wade and Ricky Scott, School Superintendent Johnny McAdams, Solid Waste Director Jeff Heyduck, Clerk and Master Kenneth Todd, Prevention Coalition Director Heather Foster and Mayor Joseph Butler.
