Animal Cruelty — Amanda Seymore, 44, of Huntingdon, was charged with Animal Cruelty because she left her male pit-bull under the care of her brother while she was incarcerated. The dog bit Seymore’s brother while he was trying to feed and water it. Her brother then sought out help from the city of Huntingdon’s animal control officer. The dog was very hostile towards animal control and city officers when they attempted to retrieve the dog. Walton reported it was unclear whether the dog had been without food and water for days. Other residents said they haven’t seen anyone check on the dog in over ten days. more
Theft — Kenneth Dale Fowler, 34 of Hollow Rock was charged with Theft over $10,000 and less than $60,000 with a vandalism charge over $1,000. more

Harassment — Timothy Kevin Ricketts, 36, Highland Drive, McKenzie was charged with Harassment after he made a series of phone calls, left voicemails, threatened to break into a home and steal items. more
Multiple Charges — Officer Trenton Ruddy responded to a dispatch concerning a reckless driver on Paris Pike on Friday, October 14. Ruddy made contact with the vehicle and ran the tag which came back not on file. more

DUI, Evading Arrest — Austin Bradley Cantrell, 27, Jeanette Circle, McKenzie was charged with DUI, Reckless Endangerment and Evading Arrest after he was stopped on December 14. more
Multiple Charges — McKenzie Police Sgt. Cody Coleman initiated a traffic stop on a Ford Ranger for a display of plates violation early Sunday morning, November 6 on Hwy 22. Bryer Caswell, 27, of Lexington, was driving on a suspended license for failure to appear in Henry County Court. The vehicle tag was from another vehicle and the original plate was expired in 2016. Caswell was cited for Driving on Suspended – 1st Offense, Expired Registration, Financial Responsibility Violation, and Unlawful Removal of Plates. more
Theft — December 5, Cody Roberts reports his two shotguns stolen from the backseat of his vehicle. Robert stated the two guns, were in a soft gun case and his vehicle was unlocked. The break-in happened around 4:30 p.m. more
