Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (August 14) — The Carroll County Commission met Monday night with a short agenda with three resolutions dealing with the county budget. Chairman Pro Tempore Darrell Ridgley presided over the meeting as County Mayor Joseph Butler could not attend due to a prior engagement.
