1. Ordinance No. 621, an ordinance to amend Title 4, Municipal Personnel, Chapter 2,
Personnel Regulations of the Huntingdon Municipal Code, amending Section 4-210
pertaining to the bereavement leave policy, second and final reading.
2. Public Hearing relating to Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Amendment.
3. Ordinance No. 622, an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 619, same being the
General Fund and Utility Fund budgets of the Town of Huntingdon, Tennessee, for
Fiscal Year 2024 (FY-024) (1 Jul 023 – 30 Jun 024) to provide for the routine Fiscal
Review and Amendments, second and final reading.
4. Ordinance No. 623, an ordinance amending the Official Zoning Ordinance of
Huntingdon, Tennessee, to clarify regulations governing travel trailers/recreational
vehicles, first reading.
5. Resolution No. 023-04, a resolution to authorize additional personnel to sign
disbursement checks in the absence or disability of the Mayor or the Town Recorder
of the Town of Huntingdon, Tennessee.

6. Consider the request from the Police Department for sale of surplus property.
7. Consider Amendment No. 1 to agreement with J.R. Wauford & Company for
engineering services for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Tennessee

Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) grant project for wastewater
treatment plant rehabilitation of the aeration systems.
8. Consider the request from the Police Department for the purchase of one (1) 2023
Ford F150 Responder Pickup from Ford of Murfreesboro at state bid price of
$43,709.00 with Violent Crime Intervention Fund grant.
9. Consider moving Tuesday, October 24, 2023 regular monthly meeting to Thursday,
October 19, 2023.

I. Suspension of the rule on agenda items
1. Consider the request from the Police Department to change the records management
system to Police Records Management Information System (PRMIS) for a startup
cost of $31,134.72.
2. Consider the approval of the Corporate Authorization Resolution with FirstBank to
grant authorization to Nina Smothers, Mayor and Kim Carter, Recorder to sign and
receive information on behalf of Oak Hill & Clark Cemeteries and Oak Hill & Clark
Cemeteries Trust.
3. Consider the request from the Police Department for amendment of the department’s
policy and procedure manual for the addition of Chapter 3 Uniform, Dress, and
Appearance, Section 3.01 General (C).
