Mrs. Phelps is survived by two children, Billy (Teresa) Phelps of McKenzie, Tenn. and Teresa (Larry) Porter of Greenfield, Tenn.
She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Jill Phelps of McKenzie, Tenn.
Mrs. Phelps leaves behind eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gene Phelps, parents, Sam and Audry Haynes, son, Tony Phelps, three sisters, Margaret Henry, Vilot Jagodzinski, and June Haynes, and two brothers, Jackson Haynes and Bob Frank Haynes.
