Shepherd’s Table is April 16

Posted

Everyone is invited to share a meal at The Shepherd’s Table, a community kitchen created by the volunteers at the First Presbyterian Church of Huntingdon. Each month new faces join the crew for supper, as well as, returning guests.
The next supper is Tuesday, April 16 in the Fellowship Hall located at 19835 E. Main Street, Huntingdon. Dining begins at 5 p.m. and the kitchen will remain open until 6:45 p.m. Anyone hungry or seeking fellowship for supper is invited.
The menu for this month’s meal will include spiral cut ham, delicious homemade sweet potato casserole, green beans, rolls and a special dessert. Milk, tea and water will be available for everyone.
Between the generous donations and what the committee spends each month, each meal costs approximately $50 to $100. If you would like to sponsor a meal or give a donation of any amount please contact The Shepherd’s Table by calling The First Presbyterian Church of Huntingdon at (731) 986-5642. If no answer, please leave a message, someone will get back to you as soon as possible. The Shepherd’s Table hosts supper the third Tuesday of the month.
