Mrs. Dawson is survived by daughter Julie (Bill) Gilbert of McKenzie, son, Dennis (Janet) Dawson of Mount Holly, NC; along with grandchildren, Brad (Brittany) Featherston of Gleason, Lindsey (Jacob) Hodges of Gleason, Macon (Sheena) Dawson of Paragould, Ark., Zack (Hannah) Dawson of Asheville, North Carolina, and Rusty (Cadence) Dawson of Cowan, Tenn.. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren, Noah Aeschbacher, Addison Aeschbacher, Landon Aeschbacher, Bentley Dawson, and Lilah Dawson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Dawson, and parents, Macon and Annie Mae Dinwiddie.
