Albert Woodrow Winebrenner, Jr.

Mr. Albert Woodrow Winebrenner, Jr., "Sonny", 80, of McKenzie, died Thursday, June 5, 2025, at his residence.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park in Frostburg Maryland.

Mr. Winebrenner was born October 5, 1944, in Frostburg, Maryland to the late Albert Woodrow Winebrenner, Sr. and Evangeline Bennet Winebrenner. He was a veteran of the United States Army with the final rank of sergeant. Mr. Winebrenner was a member of the American Legion Post 37.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven sisters and a brother, Liz Kunkle, Pat Vitello, Judy Parker, Betty Green, Anna Redmond, Toni Jasinski, Judy Bobby and Robert Gust as well as a niece, Beverly Kunkle.

Survivors include his loving wife, Frances Malonoski Winebrenner of McKenzie; beloved niece, Connie Aiello and husband Frank Sluss of Oak Ridge; and sister, Johanna Gust of Illinois. Other survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
