McKENZIE, Tenn. -        Funeral services for Aline Lowe are Friday, September 6, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends on Friday, 1 – 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Mrs. Lowe, 91, died at Mt. Pleasant Health & Rehab on September 2, 2024. She is a former factory worker and a charter member of Bethel Baptist Church McKenzie. She was born in Carroll Co., Tenn. on August 30, 1933, to James Allen and Mary Gertrude McAlexander Flippin.

She is survived by her son, Kenny (Crystal) Lowe of Columbia, Tenn., two grandchildren, Erica (Justin) Bearden and Kyle (Karissa) Lowe, and two great-grandchildren, Dallas Coyle and Kyle Lowe Jr.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 47 years, James Verdell Lowe, sisters Martha Glisson and Elizabeth French and brothers, James Flippin, Richard Flippin, Charles Flippin, Neil Flippin, and Bobby Flippin.
