Several Players Included on the Coaches’ All-State Football List

NASHVILLE (January 2) — The Tennessee Football Coaches Association has begun releasing it’s all-state teams for the 2024 TSSAA football season.
Division I Classes 1A and 2A were released Thursday. TNFCA all-state players include:
Class 1A
Quarterbacks: Nate Adams, Clay Co.; Dayon Cooper, South Pittsburg; Tate Surber, McKenzie.
Running backs: Ja’Mychal Buckner, South Pittsburg; Luke DiPietro, Dresden; Kaleb Snitzer, Eagleville.
Wide receivers/tight ends: Nolan Adams, Clay Co.; Cole Brown, McKenzie; Lance Burchett, Clay Co.; Jake Sands, Richland.

McKENZIE (July 31) — McKenzie High School hosted Obion County Central Friday evening for an all-Rebel scrimmage at the MHS practice field. The host Rebels looked strong on both sides of the ball, especially during the varsity portion of the contest.
