It's Back-to-School Time in Carroll County

CARROLL COUNTY (August 6) — On Tuesday, area students dusted off their school clothes, loaded up their backpacks and returned to their respective educational institutions to kick off a new year of learning. A full range of emotions was on display from tears to excitement as parents anxiously snapped first day photos. School is officially back in session in Carroll County and we at The Banner can't wait to see what excitement the year brings. Wishing everyone a safe and productive school year. Preliminary enrollment numbers were not available at press time.
