Her team’s win over Middle Georgia State in the SSAC Quarterfinals three years ago served as her 200th career victory at the school.
Under her leadership, the Lady Wildcats finished 12-6-1 and were 6-2 in the SSAC last year.
Aird holds bachelor degrees in physical education and athletic training from Bartlesville Wesleyan and Missouri Valley College. The school board candidate is currently working on graduate hours specializing in Health and Human Performance from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Aird’s coaching career has led to her ranking 11th among active coaches in the NAIA.
When she is not spending time on the soccer field training with her team, Aird is active in her community through the McKenzie Rotary Club.
