From the Sep 9, 2025 e-EditionHUNTINGDON, Tenn, — Mrs. Betty Jo Eskew, 87, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Lifecare Center of Bruceton.
Funeral services are Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Prie and Bro. Andy Lewis officiating. Interment to follow in Twin Oaks Cemetery
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
Mrs. Eskew was born September 1, 1938 in Yuma, Tennessee, to the late Jessie Edward Belew and Pauline (Reed) Belew. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Weinmann, two sons, Michael Eskew and Martin Eskew, a brother, Lee Edward Belew and a grandson, Randall Eskew.
She is survived by a son, Quent Eskew (Vickie) of Bruceton, a sister, Patricia Gazaway of Cookeville, Tennessee. She also leaves fifteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
