From the Oct 15, 2024 e-EditionMcKenzie’s 11th Annual Boo Bash is Thursday, October 24, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in downtown McKenzie. It is an annual event that attracts children and their families from throughout the tri-counties and beyond. The event has grown into one of McKenzie’s best attended events. The event includes trunk or treating along Broadway Street, bouncy houses, cake walk, best trunk contest, best costume contests , haunted train rides, bail-me-out fundraiser.
Hot dogs, chips and drinks are available by the City of McKenzie for $5 cash.
Caramel apples are available by Bethel University for $4 cash.
Costume contests are ages 0-2, 3-5, 6-9, 10-14, and families.
The event is sponsored by the City of McKenzie and Bethel University. It is free to the public.
