Carroll County General Sessions

HUNTINGDON (July 10) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 10.
Two defendants were bound over to the Carroll County Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.
Keith Hayes, Highway 18, Toone, Tenn., was bound over on charges of DUI - First Offense, Possession of a Handgun While Under the Influence, Improper Lane Change, and Open Container.
Karrington D. Williams, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie was bound over on charges of DUI-First Offense; dismissed were charges of Implied Consent; dismissed, Driver’s License Must Be Carried and Exhibited; dismissed, Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Improper Lane Change.
The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.
Rachel Campbell, Everett Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Retailer Sale of Alcohol to Minors; time served, supervised probation, 24 hours community service.
Brooke Alexander Chandler, guilty, Probation Violation.
Timothy Gene Chappel, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, six months probation, must obtain valid drivers license.
Becky G. Hampton, Union Cross Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended five months, 20 days jail.
Octavia Grace Jones,, Oakland Estates Road, Paris, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, time served, probation.
Lucielious Ray King, III, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $250 fine, probation; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.
Sissy Munoz, Cotton Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Retailer Sale of Alcohol to Minor, time served, probation, 24 hours community service.
Rakan Nazi, Cedar Drive, Camden, guilty, Failure to Appear; dismissed, Driving While License Suspended; dismissed, Display of Registration Plates.
Deanta D. Pearson, Saddle Club Loop, Lexington, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $300 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Light Law; dismissed, Simple Possession.
Perry Phipps, Florida Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Disorderly Conduct, time served, probation; dismissed, Public Intoxication.
