HUNTINGDON (June 17) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 17.

Terrance T. Davis, Jr., Hastings Circle E, Memphis, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, two months, supervised probation for balance, probation extended for two months.

Michael C. Haynes, Jr., Breezy Loop, Oakland, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, five months, supervised probation for five months or until conditions met, probation extended for five months or until all conditions met, shall obtain a valid drivers license.

Timothy S. Hickey, Herd Law Road, Trenton, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, 60 days.

Brenton C. Joshua Paul Schenk, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, guilty, Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for sentence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendation, must successfully complete 24th Judicial District Recovery Court as condition of probation, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, 11/29, supervised probation through Recovery Court, state agrees to allow sentence to be served in Recovery Court, if kicked out of Recovery Court must serve 11/29 at 75%; guilty – lesser charge, Theft (Up to $1,000), no fine, 11/29, supervised probation, no contact with victims or their residence, must complete 24th Judicial District Recovery Court as condition of probation; dismissed, Tampering with Evidence; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon); dismissed, Aggravated Criminal Trespass.
