HUNTINGDON (August 19) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 19.
The following cases were bound over to a grand jury:
Bree Lynn Hoffmeyer, Shadygrove Road, Martin, bound over, Meth–Mfg, Deliver, Sell, Possess with Intent (two counts).
Kenon Hutcherson, Wingo Circle, Trezevant, bound over, Cruelty to Animals.
Thomas K. Schultz, Cherry Avenue West, McKenzie, bound over, Identity Theft (10 counts).
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:
Terin Harris, Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty–lesser charge, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited.
Richard Alan Dee Reaves, Timberlake Wildsville Road, guilty–lesser charge, Meth–Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for 11/29, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful completion of inpatient treatment; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked.
Michael Roberts, North College Street, Paris, guilty, Probation Violation–Booked, no fine, five months, report to jail on August 28 at 6 p.m., 20 days, serve consecutive weekends balance of sentence, extend probation five months held in Henry County.
Anthony L. Taylor, Campbell Street, Humboldt, guilty–lesser charge, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited.
The following cases were dismissed:
Lucinda Ann Fendley, Cedarmont Drive, Antioch, dismissed, Probation Violation–Booked.
Quinton DeVonte Jamison, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, dismissed, Probation Violation–Not Booked.
Maximo Rafael Lopez, Eagle Cove, Jackson, dismissed, Driving Without License.
Richard A. Reeves, Timberlake Wildersville Road, Lexington, dismissed, Contraband - Intoxicant/Drugs in Penal Facility.
Larriane D. Reyes, Lakewood Lake Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed, Compulsory School Attendance–Penalty.
Anthony L. Taylor, Campbell Street, Humboldt, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Domestic Assault — On August 13, Deputy Lucas Coleman responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in Cedar Grove. Deputies made contact with the victim and began investigating the incident.
