Cedar Street Studio to Open in February

McKENZIE — Ashley Bell is opening Cedar Street Studio on February 1 in downtown McKenzie. The women’s boutique, located at 2375 Cedar, features clothing, jewelry, and accessories.
Ashley recently sold Urban Trading Company, located next door and facing Broadway. It is being converted into bookstore and coffee shop. At Urban Trading, she sold clothing, gifts, held special interest classes, and served as a venue. At Cedar Street Studio, she is concentrating on women’s clothing and accessories in what she describes as classy and boho.
The business hours will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The business has a distinctive mural that reads “This Must Be The Place.” In previous years, it has been a beauty salon, real estate agency, and a lunch venue known as ‘The Lunchbox.’
Ashley also is engaged in the family business, Bell Family Farms of Gleason. She said she will have in-season farm-fresh items to sell in the store.
