McKenzie Chamber’s Easter Egg Drop is April 12
From the Mar 25, 2025 e-EditionMcKENZIE — McKenzie Chamber of Commerce and Industry is hosting its annual Easter Egg Drop at McKenzie City Park on Saturday, April 12.
The annual event brings thousands of children and their parents out to the park for an Easter egg hunt plus a petting zoo, bouncy house, food trucks, balloons, and prizes. This year, 50,000 plastic eggs were be scattered for hunting. The Easter Bunny will greet the children.
A helicopter will drop eggs at 9 a.m. Each of four age groups has their own hunting area.
Age 0-2 is 9:30 a.m.; Age 3-4 is 9:50 a.m.; Age 5-7 is 10:10 a.m.; and Age 8-10 is 10:30 a.m.
The event is sponsored by the McKenzie Chamber of Commerce, Allegion and Centennial Bank.
All activities are free except for the food trucks.
