From the Dec 30, 2024 e-EditionMr. Chris Kirksey, 48, of Huntingdon, died Friday, December 20, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
Funeral services were Friday, December 27, 2024 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery. Brother Billy Hollingsworth officiating.
He was born February 13, 1976 to the late David Harold Kirksey and Carolyn Forrest. He is also preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Alice Kirksey and maternal grandmother, Becky Forrest.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Kirksey of Huntingdon, Tennessee; one daughter, Sarah (Noah Nutting) Kirksey of McKenzie, Tennessee; two sons, David Kirksey and Lucas Bratton, both of Huntingdon, Tennessee; one sister, Lisa (Jason) Fields of Huntingdon, Tennessee and one brother, Wesley Campbell of Huntingdon, Tennessee.
