Christmas Open House Brings Holiday Joy to McKenzie

McKenzie was the place to be this weekend, with ten retail, entertainment and food locations across the city offering special deals and festive fun during Christmas Open House.
With visits from the Grinch, Buddy the Elf and Santa Claus himself, the annual event was the perfect, family-friendly opportunity to explore McKenzie’s businesses, new and old, and get started on holiday shopping.
On Broadway, The Happy Book Stack, McKenzie City Florist & More, McKenzie Taproom & Restaurant and Congetta’s Chi-talian extended their hours to welcome customers into their shops.
On Cedar Street, The Silly Goose Children’s Shop and Cedar Street Studio Boutique filled their floors with holiday gifts of all types.
Also throughout McKenzie, MJ Mercantile, Phipps Pharmacy Retail & Gifts, Petals Azola and War Zone Ax-N-Tag had special holiday hours and deals.
Christmas Open House is the first of many holiday celebrations in McKenzie. Holiday fun continues with the city’s Hometown Christmas December 4-7 and a Christmas parade Saturday, December 6.
