Mr. McDowell was born October 14, 1960 to the late LeeRoy McDowell and Alpha Louise Byler.
He is survived by two daughters, Kelly (Derek) Chrisman of Harvest, Alabama and Julie (Roger) Neal of Memphis, Tennessee; one son, Frank Maciejewski of Citrus Heights, California; one sister, Latricia Faulkner of Guadalupe, California; one brother, David (Lisa) McDowell of Santa Maria, California; five grandchildren, Jessica, Shannon, Kyle, Aiden and Eli.
