From the Mar 17, 2026 e-EditionServices for David Dean Verdell, age 63, of Gleason, Tenn. will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 1 pm at Gleason First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Beech Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 4-7pm at Gleason First Baptist Church. It will resume on Wednesday at 11 am and go until the time of his funeral service. Mr. Verdell is survived by his wife, Kim Verdell of Gleason. He is also survived by two children, Justin (Elisha) Taylor of Benton, KY and Kayla (Will) Little of McKenzie, TN. He leaves behind his mother and sister, Jane Verdell and Dana Jowers, both of Gleason. Mr. Verdell also leaves behind five grandchildren, Sophie, Taylor, Jude, Wylie, and Lilly. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Dean Verdell. Williams Funeral Home of Gleason.
