Qualifying Deadline for November General Elections is August 15
From the Jul 23, 2024 e-EditionCARROLL COUNTY — The November 5 general elections include the U.S. President, U.S. Senator, U.S. House of Representatives, State Senators, State Representatives, and local municipalities.
The qualifying deadline for local municipal candidates is Thursday, August 15, noon. Petitions to seek those offices can be picked up at the Carroll County Election Commission.
Municipal elections include the City of McKenzie, and towns of Atwood, Bruceton, Hollow Rock, Huntingdon and Trezevant.
